DEVO athletes begin early season training at a Camp Hill fitness center for physical conditioning run by SRRC coaches. Sessions begin in October on weeknights and run until opening day.
Periodic off snow activities, some outside and some indoors are periodically schedule to maintain excitement and familiarity with teammates and coaches in the pre-season as needed.
